Urban Onion Chicken (KETO friendly)



  • 3 Chicken Breasts, butterfly cut

  • 3-6 tbsp Urban Onion Dip (2 carbs per tbsp) made as directed on pouch

  • Salt (lightly for moisture)


  1. Place chicken breast on a cutting board and, holding a hand flat on top of it, slice into one side of the chicken breast, from thick to thin but carefully not cutting all the way through to the other side. When you are done flip it over, opened and it should resemble a butterfly.

  2. Salt each side to taste. Salting helps keep the chicken moist, don’t skip!

  3. Spread 1-2 tbsp of Urban Onion Dip (made as directed on pouch) on top of each chicken breast

  4. Bake at 350 F until chicken is cooked thru, about 20-30 minutes.
