Lewiston Lemon Holiday Hummus

What You’ll Need

You will need to gauge your party size to know how large of a hummus candy cane you will need… you can also shape the hummus into a circle and garnish with broccoli and red peppers as a wreath dip!

1.) Serving Platter

2.) 10oz of plain store-bought hummus or one can of chickpeas processed with olive oil (homemade hummus) 10oz is a small candy cane, a 10 plus person party I would advise 2 large tubs of hummus (for example 2 -17oz Original Sabra Hummus)

3.) 1 -2 pouches of Lewiston Lemon Garlic Dip depending on candy cane size

4.) 2-4 red peppers diced or cut into strips for the stripes!

Instructions

Mix one pouch of Lewiston Lemon with 10oz of hummus… if you are having a larger party you can mix ½ to one pouch with every 10oz of hummus (to taste) to create your perfect blend! Form into the shape of a candy cane let chill 2 hours to overnight. It is best to use a spoon to draw the outline of the candy cane then add hummus, saran wrap and chill, add more hummus and chill to build a bulk candy cane in the fridge over time. This way you can use saran wrap to make the perfect formed candy cane, if you try to bulk all at once it could be too soft! . Add diced red peppers or strips as your candy cane stripes! Serve with pita crisps, veggies etc! ENJOY
